Stefan Hoffmann is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Operations practice areas at Boston Consulting Group. He is a member of the leadership team of BCG’s Service & Support Operations business line and in charge of the field force excellence topic globally. He also co-leads BCG’s Service 4.0 topic.

In his client work, Stefan focuses on large-scale performance improvement and transformation programs in the telco and tech sectors as well as on commercial and operations excellence projects, including digital. He has executed client projects across most of Europe and in Asia.

Prior to joining BCG, Stefan held leadership positions in business and consumer marketing and was board member support to the CFO and the CEO at a leading European mobile network operator.
