Ben Wade is a core member of the Financial Institutions and Consumer practices at The Boston Consulting Group. Since he joined BCG in 2008, his client work has focused on travel and tourism—particularly on airlines—as well as financial institutions, retail and consumer products. He has worked on projects across a wide range of topics including strategy, cost transformation, and organization design.

Ben was a co-author of BCG's Global Retail Banking report. In addition to BCG London, Ben has worked across in many different parts of the world, including a year in the New York office.

Before joining BCG, Ben worked as a consultant at Seabury Group and Marakon Associates.
