Francesco Leone joined Boston Consulting Group in 2017. He is an expert in transformation and BCG TURN. Francesco has more than 20 years of experience in operational turnaround, strategic planning, and performance improvement engagements across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on fashion and luxury, retail and consumer products, and industrial goods.

In the turnaround and transformation space, Francesco blends management consulting and managerial expertise to drive operational improvements and crisis recovery plans, for mid-market, large international corporations, and financial shareholders. He has served in interim executive and managerial roles, including Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO).

Before joining BCG, Francesco was a Managing Director at AlixPartners, where he spent 14 years, delivering holistic turnaround programs for distressed, underperforming companies in complex turnaround situations.
