Godfrey Sullivan is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice, and his work focuses on retail banking, strategy, organization design, corporate governance, and transformations.

Since joining BCG in 2014, Godfrey has worked extensively with banking and insurance clients on a wide range of projects, drawing on his extensive experience in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. His engagements have covered areas such as transformation programs, the establishment of new financial institutions, operating model design, and large-scale implementation programs.

Godfrey’s consulting experience includes strategy definition for new banks, finance companies, and insurance companies, as well as helping clients launch new retail banking propositions and develop their long-term growth strategies. He has also helped large banks in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries create effective digital channel strategies.

Godfrey works closely with the INSEAD Business School’s MBA program, where he has tutored as part of the Abu Dhabi module since 2012.
