Karishma Bhalla is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications practice.

Since joining BCG in 2005, Karishma has worked extensively with a wide range of clients in the telecom and media sectors. She has developed extensive thought leadership in the digital and media space, with publications including the BCG-CII consumer report Winning with Uncertainty and the BCG-CII media report Shaping the Industry at a Time of Disruption. She is also one of the authors of the 2016 CII media report Convergence: The New Multiplier for Indian Media & Entertainment's $100 Billion Vision.

Karishma has been regularly interviewed by the press on the evolution of consumer and digital behavior in India. She also works in the area of digital consumption, collaborating with leading companies to shape business models that tap into digital opportunity pools.

Karishma has advised several international clients on entry strategies and winning in the Indian market. She has also been closely involved with the Women's Initiative at BCG and is active in multiple groups focused on driving higher participation of women in the workforce.
