Raju Sarma joined Boston Consulting Group in 2013. He is a member of BCG X, the firm’s division that unites tech builders, designers, and entrepreneurs with the world's leading talent in AI, deep tech, digital growth, sustainability, and more. He played an instrumental role in standing up digital design flagship centers, in both Manhattan Beach and London, and has nearly 20 years of experience in digital, strategy, and finance.

Raju is the global lead for BCG X’s Social Impact practice and is committed to creating economically sustainable ventures with significant total societal impact. In addition, Raju is X’s North America lead for the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice.

Raju focuses on opportunities in social responsibility, climate and sustainability, fintech, and mobility; and has partnered with corporates across industries to build ventures, specifically in industrial goods, infrastructure, steel, automotive, banking, insurance, energy, oil and gas, and nonprofits.

Prior to coming to BCG, Raju was based in San Francisco with Booz & Company, Booz Digital, and Jones Lang LaSalle.
