Brad Henderson is a core member of the Operations practice area of The Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2000, Brad has acquired deep expertise advising clients across a number of sectors, including consumer goods, industrial goods, financial services, insurance, energy, public sector, and health care. He is particularly focused on his work on economic and social development issues.

Brad is an integral part of the firm's Operations Center in Chicago, one of ten global operations centers that serve as hubs for comprehensive operations support and offer tailored, fully integrated solutions to optimize operations for long-term success.

Before joining BCG, Brad worked at Goldman Sachs. He serves as the Founding Board Chair of ACCION US Network, a leading lender to minority and low income small businesses, and is an active board member at the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, Interfaith Youth Core (IFYC), Association House of Chicago.
