Gili Gordon is a core member of the Financial Institutions; Industrial Goods; People & Organization; Strategy; Technology, Media & Telecommunications; and Transformation practices at Boston Consulting Group. He leads the Transformation practice in Western Europe and South America (WESA).

Gili first joined BCG in 1990. After leaving the firm as a principal in 1996, he returned in 2005.

He has advised CEOs, senior management, and directorial boards on complex strategic issues across an array of industries, including consumer and industrial goods, energy, and financial services. He has acquired deep experience in transaction banking, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and IT risk management.

Prior to joining BCG, Gili was a senior managing director with GE Capital and founder and CEO of Worknowledge, a technology company providing knowledge management solutions to mid-market financial institutions.
