Gustav Gotteberg is a core member of the Financial Institutions, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, and Operations practices at Boston Consulting Group.
Since joining BCG in 2003, Gustav has worked with clients in a broad array of industries, including the finance, insurance, telecommunications, IT services, consumer goods and services, retail, postal, logistics, engineering, energy, and sports management sectors. He has acquired deep expertise in lean, large-scale transformation programs, technology start-ups, major change processes, revenue growth, and profit improvement.
Gustav likes to bring a philosophical approach to the challenges in the work he does; his motto: If it were easy, someone else would already be doing it.
He joined BCG directly upon completing his university studies and officer training in the Royal Norwegian Air Force.
