Santiago Ferrer joined Boston Consulting Group in 2010 and has worked in the New York, Chile, and Los Angeles offices. He supports clients in real estate, infrastructure, and the public sector across various topics, including corporate and business strategy, M&A, customer journey and service model, operating model and organizational redesign, and transformation.

Santiago is BCG’s North America lead for cities, real estate, and infrastructure development. He is a member of the North American and global Travel, Infrastructure & Cities (TCI) practice leadership teams and the global People & Organization (POP) practice leadership team.

Before joining BCG, he worked for the United Nations in economic development and peacekeeping operations.
