Stephen Remedios is an expert on people strategy within the People & Organization practice of Boston Consulting Group. He works with clients on leadership and talent, digital delivery, neuroscience-based learning design, top team effectiveness, and impact analytics. 

Stephen is an expert in coaching, training, enablement, and leadership development in both the public and private sectors. In particular, he has led many leadership development projects in the Middle East. He is currently looking at the latest technologies to enhance and augment learning effectiveness of individuals and organizations. This involves integrating the latest in neuroscience and digital technologies like XR and game-based assessments. 

Before coming to the firm, Stephen spent a decade with Hindustan Unilever in a variety of sales, marketing, and analytics roles. He also served as the open enrollment lead faculty member with the Center for Creative Leadership on their Singapore campus. Stephen is certified in a number of psychometric instruments, some of which are the Hogan Suite, MBTI, FIRO-b, CSI, ISI, CCL's suite of 360 assessments, Belbin Team Roles, and Workplace Big 5.
