Kevin Naicker has worked in the field of mining and metals in consulting, operations, and projects for more than 15 years at Boston Consulting Group. He is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Energy practices at BCG focusing on large capital projects and operations. 

Kevin has deep experience with all phases of large capital projects, including lean construction, value engineering, and project scrubbing, particularly within mining, metals, power, rail, oil and gas, and agriculture sectors. He has conducted numerous lean operations transformations for large and mid-sized mining companies including the associated project organizations. 

Before joining the firm, Kevin was an engagement manager and practice manager at McKinsey & Co. in its operations practice, and the Chief of Staff to the CEO of Vedanta Zinc International. He also held numerous project and operational roles within the mining and metals industry.
