Or Klier is a senior expert in Digital Transformation, FinTech, and Cybersecurity at Boston Consulting Group. He is a core member of the firm’s Technology Advantage practice. Or leads BCG's Tel Aviv Tech Hub, with a special focus on connecting BCG global clients with the Israeli tech ecosystem. He is also a member of the Cybersecurity leadership team, and the global leader of BCG's FinTech Control Tower, where he oversees a global team that advises clients on FinTech and innovation management topics. 

Or supports global BCG clients with digital transformation efforts, including end-to-end customer journey redesign, product and service innovation, data and analytics, digitization of the IT function, and launching of new digital initiatives. He is part of BCG’s Digital in Financial Services, Cybersecurity, and Data and Digital Platform global leadership teams. In addition, he has conducted over 25 tech immersion tours to Israel for global clients and supported them with scouting and sourcing of innovation. 

Or rejoined BCG in 2016 after spending six years as Head of Group Strategy at Bank Leumi. He had previously worked as a Project Leader at BCG’s New York office, where he led teams working with clients mainly from the financial services industry. Prior to that he was the Director of Product Development at RepliWeb, a software startup (acquired by Attunity), and was an Officer in the Israeli Air Force.
