Stiene Riemer is a partner with BCG X, Boston Consulting Group's advanced analytics and data science division, and a member of the firm's Financial Institutions practice. She is an expert in quantitative modeling and advanced analytics focusing on transformative analytics solutions for financial institutions. Stiene has led projects for a variety of international clients focused on the design, implementation, and integration of quantitative approaches and advanced analytics and machine learning methods.

In her recent client work, Stiene developed and implemented different cross-sell and up-sell, as well as retention management, solutions for international banks; designed and implemented a variety of early warning credit risk solutions, as well as integrated credit decisioning and pricing engines; and developed a money laundering detection system and optimized collections strategies. Her methods include machine learning, time series analysis, and models based on stochastic processes, always allowing for a fully integrated analytics solution within the bank’s processes.
