César Sánchez joined Boston Consulting Group in Madrid in 2006. He has worked on projects across the Middle East, Europe, and the US. He moved to the Middle East in 2009. He is a member of the firm’s Center for Digital Government.

César is a core member of the Public Sector practice area at BCG. His project experience covers government policy definition, implementation, government organization setup and development, project management, organizational excellence, and service delivery. César specializes in labor market policies, school-to-work transitions, and employment services.

Some of his many recent experiences in labor market and educational topics include the development of a national labor market strategy, defining and implementing end-to-end management of labor market policies and programs for a GCC Ministry, and establishing the principles to deploy advanced vocational training programs with a Middle East entity in charge of school-to-work transition.

César has also supported institutions in strategic and operational excellence topics in the public and private sector. Prior to joining the firm in the Middle East, César worked for a public sector entity in charge of data and statistics at the national level.
