Jay Venkat

Partner & Managing Director

Jay Venkat, Partner and Managing Director, San Francisco, joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2003 and spent a year in our Berlin and Munich offices as an ambassador. He received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and his BA in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology. In the past, he has held positions with Halliburton Company and BAT Industries. At BCG, he has primarily focused on financial services clients. Jay’s hobbies and interests include reading and travel.

Elizabeth Nymberg

Recruiting Manager

Elizabeth is the Recruiting Manager for BCG's San Francisco office. Previously, Elizabeth managed Associate recruiting for the BCG NY Metro offices. She joined BCG in 2004, and has worked with both the M.B.A. and Ph.D. programs in addition to the undergraduate recruiting program. Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University and enjoys yoga, running and cooking.

Tom Baker

ADC Specialist

Tom joined BCG in 2011. Tom received his Ph.D. in chemical physics at Harvard University, where he focused on computational solid state physics and electronic structure theory applied to heterogeneous catalysis. Tom’s undergraduate degree is from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in chemistry. Prior to joining BCG, Tom worked in the strategic marketing department of First Solar, and as a researcher at UC Berkeley where he worked on other clean-technologies including batteries, hydrogen fuel cells, and energy efficiency. Tom is an avid runner and has completed a marathon. He can also claim to have once bowled a 299 (and still trying for the elusive perfect 300).

Bryanna joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2016. She was a 2012 Teach for America Corps Member and received her B.A. in Communication Studies from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Bryanna enjoys fitness, cooking, organizing, and exploring the Bay Area.

Steve Myrick

Recruiting Director

Steve Myrick, Project Leader, San Francisco, joined BCG as a summer consultant in 2010, and full-time in September,2011. Prior to joining BCG, Steve was the Director of Operations at LawLogix, an Inc. 500-winning software start-up in the legal space. As Director of Operations, Steve oversaw the financial, operational and business development functions of the company. Founded by Stanford faculty, LawLogix grew from 15 to 40 employees during Steve’s tenure. Steve has also worked at CapitalOne, in their Richmond, VA-based Recoveries group. Steve holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Stanford University, where he served as Senior Class President. He enjoys soccer, cooking and trivia and is an avid Boston sports fan.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Amy McKnight Fazen

Head of Consultant Campus Recruiting

Amy McKnight Fazen is the Head of Consultant Campus Recruiting at BCG. She joined the firm’s Boston office in August 2011. Prior to joining BCG, Amy was Vice President of Business Operations at XL Hybrids, a MIT start-up. She also worked in corporate finance at the TJX Companies and as a strategy consultant for both Altman Vilandrie & Co and Cambridge Strategic Management Group. Amy graduated from Colgate University and holds a S.M. from the MIT/WHOI Joint Program in Oceanography. Amy also received a MBA from MIT Sloan, where she was a Forte Fellow and Co-President of the MIT Energy Club. In her spare time she enjoys biking and spending time with her husband and two daughters, Addie and Reid.

Megan Panzer

NAMR ADC Recruiting Associate

Megan is the Recruiting Associate for the North America Advanced Degree Candidate team, working primarily with MD and JD candidates. Prior to her current role, Megan worked in the BCG Boston Office supporting both MBA and ADC Consultant recruiting.  Megan graduated from Bates College with a BA in Psychology. She is currently based in San Francisco and enjoys taking advantage of everything California has to offer!

Riti Vats

NAMR ADC Recruiting Coordinator

Riti joined The Boston Consulting Group in 2015. Prior to BCG, she worked as a Recruiter at Sabre. Riti received her B.A. in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University. In her free time, Riti loves to travel, hit the gym, and spend time with family and friends.

Bridge to BCG: Students who will be graduating next year and plan to begin full time at BCG in 2018 can apply for Bridge to BCG, a three day summer workshop that allows you to learn more about management consulting and BCG. Please note, Bridge to BCG is open to candidates in North America.
