Mark Watters

Recruiting Partner

Mark Watters joined BCG in 2001 and is a partner in the Sydney and Canberra offices.  He is passionate about recruiting across Australia and New Zealand to meet the needs of the growing business. Mark is a member of the Public Sector and Technology Advantage practices.  His focus is on driving large scale organisational change and understanding the intersection between technology and government business strategy.  Mark has an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney. 

Mark's interests include spending quality time with his family and following Australian sport (cricket, rugby and politics!)

Michael Schniering

AGSM Recruiting Lead

Michael is a Principal and AGSM Recruiting lead and joined the Sydney office in 2011. Prior to joining BCG, he worked as a consultant for IBM and Fujitsu Consulting in their strategy practices. Michael has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University. At BCG, Michael says he has learned the most from his teams. He loves the way he can draw on the different skills and experiences of people who come from a wide variety of backgrounds.
