I am a member of the Industrial Goods practice as well as the OPS Center, with a strong focus on Lean & Manufacturing. I have led many projects covering manufacturing strategy (including optimizing depth of value creation, make-or-buy), manufacturing network optimization, lean production, and industry 4.0.
Daniel holds a PhD and a master's degree in electrical engineering and business administration. He also holds an engineering diploma from the École Centrale Paris, a French engineering school.
