Occupational safety and health becomes an increasingly important topic for developing countries. Absence of proper national OSH system results in high fatality and injury rates, high costs associated with occupational accidents and increasing pressure from local population and international community to improve OSH situation in the country. Current BCG report provides an overview of best practices in nationwide OSH management, successful experience of OSH transformations in developing countries and BCG learnings from supporting OSH transformational efforts
