Andrew Hardie is a member of the leadership team for the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group and leads the Asia Pacific wealth management work within that practice.

He has led numerous engagements in the Asia Pacific region for local and multinational banking clients, with a recent focus on digital transformation in wealth management. He has expertise in private banking, wealth management, corporate banking, and capital markets, as well as functional expertise in finance and risk management.

In his recent client engagements, Andrew ran an Asian private banking coverage model review for a UK-based international bank, led the Asia strategy review for the private bank of a North American financial institution, and built the Singapore booking center strategy for a European private bank.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew worked in the CEO office of Nomura Securities where he supported the group's wealth management businesses, and at Barclays, where he ran the strategy team for Barclays Wealth Management (based in Asia and the US). He also spent seven years at Oliver Wyman in London and Singapore.
