Joe Carrubba leads the Asset Management segment in North America for Boston Consulting Group, and is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice area. He advises clients on a variety of strategic, operational, and organizational issues within asset management, asset servicing, wealth management, and banking. Joe has led many large performance improvement programs for financial service players and is a BCG topic leader in asset management, asset servicing, and digital transformation. He is also a core member of BCG’s office of the CFO.
Prior to joining BCG, Joe worked at a leading asset manager.
