Frauke Uekermann joined Boston Consulting Group in 2009. She is a core member of the Social Impact practice and manages the work with BCG’s Social Impact partners and teams.

Frauke works with multilateral organizations, NGOs, governments, and businesses on market-based approaches in humanitarian and development programs. With more than ten years of experience on customer-centric growth, innovation strategies, and international transformation programs in the automotive and FMCG sector, she helps clients develop social impact strategies, improve organizational effectiveness, and evaluate and enhance programs.

Her recent BCG work included conducting a study to compare effectiveness and efficiency of cash and vouchers for an international humanitarian agency in the Syria context and supporting a venture philanthropy fund with its strategy development.

Prior to joining BCG, Frauke worked in HR strategy and organizational development with Carter Holt Harvey in Auckland, and in marketing and portfolio strategy with Daimler in Stuttgart. She speaks four languages.
