Kjetil Holgeid leads Boston Consulting Group’s Nordic Public Sector practice. He is also part of the global BCG Center for Digital Government, and a core member of BCG’s Technology Advantage practice. He serves both private and public clients.

Kjetil has more than 25 years of professional experience, primarily with major public sector ministries, agencies, and state-owned enterprises, including areas such as defense and public safety, health care, labor and welfare, taxation, and infrastructure (road, rail, air, space). Kjetil helps clients form and implement strategies to realize benefits for citizens, businesses, and governments. He has worked on an array of large-scale tech and IT transformations, including strategizing for success, de-risking, recovery and turnaround of tech-enabled transformations, IT project benefits management, and CIO advisory including IT governance and IT cost optimization.
