Sergei Perapechka is a member of the Center for Digital Government at Boston Consulting Group. He is a core member of the Public Sector practice and BCG's Transportation, Travel & Tourism work. Sergei focuses on public sector clients across the CIS on issues including strategy, operational transformation, and organizational restructuring.
Among his notable projects, Sergei helped transform the operations of one of the biggest sovereign wealth funds; prepared and coordinated a full-scale public assets privatization program; developed a blueprint for an economic cluster in Central Asia; and drafted the general, investment, and transportation strategies in a number of urban agglomerations. He also assessed the investment attractiveness of the transportation infrastructure in a major Russian city and one of the biggest transportation hubs in Asia.
Prior to joining BCG, Sergei worked in the public banking sector. He is fluent in English, French, and Belarusian. Sergei is also a Permanent Advisor to the B20 international business summit.
