Recruiting Team

Kyle Ruttan is the Campus Recruiting Partner for Toronto and Managing Director & Partner.  Kyle originally joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2009, re-joining for full-time in 2010 after completing the joint Integrated Engineering and Business program at Western University and the Ivey School of Business.  Kyle’s consulting practice focuses on serving leading Telecom clients across North America across a range of topics, with a special focus on applying AI to drive business impact.  As part of his work, he spent a year with BCG’s Sydney office supporting Telco clients as a BCG Practice Area Ambassador.  Outside of work, Kyle’s interests include running, snowboarding and cheering on the Raptors.

Jamie Habert is a Partner in BCG’s Toronto office. He joined the firm in 2017, and has worked primarily in BCG’s Consumer, TURN and Principal Investors & Private Equity practice areas. In particular, Jamie has significant experience working with professional Sports businesses. Jamie previously worked as a lawyer at Goodmans LLP, where he practiced corporate and securities law. He graduated from the combined JD/HBA program at Western Law School and the Richard Ivey School of Business. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with his daughter, seeking out new restaurants in Toronto and abroad, and cheering for Toronto's sports teams.

Prior to working for BCG, Sheena Rughani worked for Hydro One where she supported the Chief Information Officer and her team of directors. Before moving to Canada from the UK, Sheena worked for Pfizer as a Team Administrator supporting directors and senior managers within the medical team whilst combining her pharmaceutical knowledge and skills to support the successful execution of company projects. Sheena holds a Master’s in Pharmacy from the University of Portsmouth and worked for several years as a community pharmacist providing patients and healthcare professionals therapeutic recommendations based on evidence-based medicine whilst cultivating strong relationships. When not at work, Sheena enjoys playing badminton competitively, swimming and travelling to new countries.

Sheena Rughani
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Justin is a Consultant in BCG’s Toronto office. He joined the firm in 2021, after stints at two other management consulting firms and completing his MBA at Rotman in 2019.  Justin’s path has been the cliché answer to “why consulting?”, having made the most of the variety offered by a career in consulting by serving clients across a wide array of industries, including automotive, telecom, pharmaceuticals, metals & mining, CPG, government, technology, sport betting, pensions, and private equity.  Justin has also worked for a number of startups and is a retired CA/CPA.  In his free time he enjoys spending time with his daughter and running a custom fantasy sports pool, and is currently competing in the Microsoft Excel World Championships.

Leah Stemeroff is a Consultant in BCG'S Toronto office. Leah joined the firm as a Summer Consultant in 2019 and returned in 2021, after completing her MBA at Rotman. Since joining BCG, Leah has worked primary with Consumer and Insurance clients, covering topics including pricing strategy and category transformation. Before BCG, her work experience includes LEAP | Pecaut Centre for Social Impact and VITALITE, a Zambia-based clean energy start-up that developed off-grid solar home systems for smallholder farming communities. Outside of work, Leah enjoys getting out of the city for a hike or sticking around to explore the Toronto restaurant scene.
