Kanika Chandaria is a Lead Venture Architect at BCG X, BCG’s tech build and design unit. In this role, she has supported some of the world's most influential companies across various industries, including energy, industrial goods, health care, and insurance, in developing and scaling new business ideas to grow existing businesses or enter new markets. For example, Kanika led the commercial team for a major UK used car marketplace in developing a successful go-to-market strategy that achieved over 100,000 vehicle listings from over 100 franchise dealer groups in less than seven months.

In recent years, Kanika has shifted her focus to climate tech and has been instrumental in driving the topic of climate innovation at BCG. In the summer of 2021, she co-founded BCG Green Ventures, BCG’s unit committed to building and scaling businesses and technologies that accelerate the transition to net zero. In this role, she has spearheaded methodology, theses, and strategic partnership development, and has led several engagements with climate tech scale-ups and venture capital firms. This work has included support such as business model refinement, go-to-market acceleration, operating model development, and investment theses development.

Prior to joining BCG, Kanika was an associate at B Capital Group, a venture capital firm partnered with BCG.
