Odd Arne Sjåtil is a core member of the global Energy practice at Boston Consulting Group and a Managing Director and Senior Partner in the firm. He joined BCG in 2005 and has a long history of serving leading energy companies, service providers, investors, and governments in the energy sector.

In his recent work, he has supported clients on the various parts of the energy trilemma, providing strategic advice and working on operational improvement in the oil and gas, renewables, and low carbon sectors.

He is a topic expert in digital operations in upstream oil and gas and supports E&P and OFS companies globally in setting the direction and realizing their digital improvement ambitions.

In addition to his tenure in BCG, he served as a director at Tandberg in New York and Oslo in 2009 and 2010.
