Paulo Gonçalves is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care practice, working mostly with clients in biopharma, payers and providers, medtech, and global health. He is also a core member of the firm’s Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice. 

Paulo joined BCG in 2001, and has extensive experience leading projects in strategy, digital strategy, organization, and implementation, and other topics. In addition, he has expertise in go-to-market/launch strategy; marketing, sales & pricing, organization, Agile ways of working, digital innovation, and digital trends. His work on digital strategy spans both B2B and B2C. 

Paulo is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish and has a good understanding of French and Italian. Before joining BCG, he worked for five years in marketing in the pharmaceutical industry.
