Tom Lewis has been with Boston Consulting Group for 40 years and he has served in numerous leadership roles. His regional leadership positions have included responsibility for the firm's Nordic, Asia-Pacific, Italian, and Middle East practices.

Tom also established and led for many years two of the firm's global practices—Corporate Development and Social Impact. He was on BCG’s worldwide Executive Committee for ten years, three of them as lead partner in the human resources function.

Tom now advises BCG's Social Impact practice network, supporting activities of the various social-impact topic areas and management of BCG's global social-impact partnerships. He has more than ten years’ experience leading BCG teams in these areas. He has supported the firm’s partnerships with a number of NGOs and foundations and has considerable experience working with the United Nations, including establishing and leading BCG's partnership with the World Food Programme, the world’s largest humanitarian agency.

Tom grew up in Zimbabwe. Before joining BCG, he was head of planning for a diversified food and services group in Central Africa.
