As a Visiting Associate, you’ll be able to apply what you’ve learned at school and through personal experience to a real client challenge. You’ll take responsibility for specific components of a client project. As a case team member, you’ll gain a 360-degree perspective on life as a BCG consultant—from working on client projects to socializing with colleagues.
Orientation and training sessions aimed at providing additional insight into the consulting profession are offered throughout your internship, giving you a complete view of what it would be like to work as a BCG consultant after you graduate. Working as an intern at BCG is more than an opportunity to bolster your résumé. It also offers the potential to launch a career at BCG, as a vast majority of our interns receive offers for full-time positions.

We are looking for students from many disciplines and backgrounds, who are nearing the completion of their undergraduate (Bachelor) or are in their graduate (Master) studies with excellent academic records, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, and great ambition.
