Philippe Soussan is a core member of The Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions, and People & Organization practices.

Since joining BCG in 2006, Philippe has worked with numerous financial institutions to design and implement large-scale transformation programs, prepare for postmerger integrations, and develop strategic partnerships and growth strategies. He has worked for major European banks at the group level and also has led numerous engagements assisting them with their asset management, retail banking, and private banking businesses.

In addition, Philippe has led several projects in the area of global public health, helping large, multilateral organizations fight infectious diseases. He has teamed with institutions such as the World Health Organization to support the design of multistakeholder, consensus-building efforts.

Prior to joining BCG, Philippe worked for Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton on competition law.
