Aljoscha Zahner joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011 in Munich, Germany and later transferred to the US, first to New York and then to Miami. He is a core member of the firm’s Large-Scale Change team focusing on large end-to-end business transformations, turnarounds, and post-merger integrations (PMI), all three with the common objective of significant client value creation. 

Aljoscha’s client work has included more than ten major transformations and post-merger integrations across sectors including private equity, fast-moving consumer goods, white goods, banks, and other financial institutions. He is a thought leader in designing and implementing large change efforts, and has extensive hands-on expertise in leading the charge as Chief Transformation or Integration Officer across various client organizations. Aljoscha has a strong record of delivering significant value and impact for his BCG clients. 

Before joining the firm, Aljoscha worked for UBS Investment Banking as assistant to the CEO for France and FICC sales trading, and KPMG, in the audit and M&A departments.
