Analia Olgiati joined Boston Consulting Group in 2012. She is a core member of the firm's global Technology Advantage and Financial Institutions practices with a focus on data and digital platforms. Analia leads the Amsterdam office's work in technology in financial institutions. She is the people chair for DigitalBCG in Europe, the Middle East, and South America.

Analia has ten years of experience in large-scale IT and digital transformation, digital strategy, and business-driven IT change. She has worked with clients in financial services, technology, and consumer goods. Prior to joining BCG, Analia was a research fellow at Harvard University doing applied econometric research on public health care and population migration topics.
