Ben Eppler is a core member of the Consumer practice at Boston Consulting Group. He works with clients and investors in the restaurant, retail, and travel and tourism industries, with a focus on insights-driven growth strategy (demand-centric growth), pricing, and omnichannel sales. He also leads the firm's efforts in sustainability in retail. Ben began his BCG career in the New York office in 2009, and has also worked in the Tel Aviv and Hamburg offices.

Ben is passionate about helping his clients leverage unique data sources and consumer insights to create sustainable growth opportunities. He is an expert in long-term strategic planning, organizational optimization to drive accountability and efficiency, and identifying and executing against operational improvement opportunities.

Ben has worked as an investment banker and as a real estate researcher. He serves on the board of Mind Matters Family Center, a nonprofit focused on supporting holistic mental wellness in communities across the country.
