Prior to his December 2019 retirement, Dominic Field was Global Leader of Boston Consulting Group’s Marketing practice and led the firm’s partnership with Google Inc. He has deep expertise in digital transformation, marketing, and business strategy.
Dominic has spent his career working at the board level with companies in the crosshairs of digital disruption, in multiple industries and geographies. He has a focus on emerging trends and has helped many businesses reimagine their strategy in the light of major structural challenges. He is a frequent keynote speaker at industry events.
Dominic began his career in advertising and has insight into digital, branding, consumers, growth, and digital marketing. He has worked to help the tech industry innovate at the cutting edge of digital/marketing and build global best practice.
Dominic is now building a portfolio of non-executive roles alongside selective advisory work with BCG clients.
