Elena Barybkina is a director for Boston Consulting Group's Center for Client Learning and Enablement (CCLE). CCLE is a BCG Global Center of Excellence dedicated to accelerating the performance of individuals, teams, and organizations through comprehensive capability building programs. As a CCLE Director, Elena supports BCG clients on upskilling and reskilling, develops learning best practices, designs cutting-edge learning and capability-building solutions, and builds BCG's capabilities in learning and enablement.

Elena’s current focus is on helping clients unlock their potential through learning and enablement. In her recent work at BCG, Elena established a network of enablement centers within BCG (pricing, leadership, change management, lean); developed a suite of learning and enablement methodologies, tools, and solutions; and created proprietary online BCG courses on agile, pricing, change, org design, and digital transformation.

Before joining BCG, Elena worked for a number of large multinational corporations in business and marketing analytics roles.
