Emma Falck returned to work at Boston Consulting Group in May 2017. She previously worked at BCG in 2012 as a Principal and Project Leader. Emma is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice. She focuses on the machinery and construction industries, and has worked with clients and colleagues across continents including Europe, the Americas, and Asia.

Emma has case experience on a range of industrial goods topics. She has worked on shaping strategy and engaging organizations on strategy and operational excellence topics, including field service excellence, commercial excellence, offering strategy, and management, as well as restructuring and transformation. Emma has practical experience meeting the challenges of digitizing a business's ways of working, and designing and promoting digital offerings.

During her break from her career at BCG, Emma worked for KONE, one of the largest elevator and escalator companies in the world. At KONE, she worked as an executive in China, after serving as head of corporate strategy. Her experience at KONE helped her gain an understanding of how large companies operate and what challenges they face. Prior to joining BCG, Emma was a research scientist.
