Juliana Lisi is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s People & Organization practice, with a particular focus on people strategy and change management. She plans and manages large programmatic change efforts such as talent transformations or post-merger integrations, most often focused on IT and tech organizations. She works with clients across a range of industries, including health care (pharma and medtech), financial institutions, and consumer tech.

Julie is on the global leadership team for technology people transformation at the firm. She favors a collaborative, tactical approach to improving employee experience while streamlining costs in an organization. Her current area of focus is the creation and execution of tech talent strategy, including employee value proposition, strategic workforce planning, recruitment and retention of top tech talent, and Agile transformation.

Prior to joining BCG, Julie worked for EnerNOC, a clean-tech startup in the demand response space, and Mercator Partners, a boutique consultancy focused on technology, media, and telecommunications strategy.
