Rafael Agudo joined Boston Consulting Group in Madrid in 2005. He leads BCG TURN for Spanish-speaking South America. TURN is the firm’s business unit that helps to deliver rapid, visible, and sustainable step-change improvement in business performance, while strengthening organizations and positioning them to win in the years ahead.

Rafael mostly works in Europe and Latin America, helping his clients in energy, infrastructure, industrial goods, and consumer products to make strategic decisions and transform and turn their business around.

Rafael is also active in the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice, leading this practice in Iberia from 2017 to 2019. He supports his clients on strategy, transactions, and value creation programs for their portfolio companies.

Before joining BCG, Rafael was an attorney at Linklaters.
