Steve Maaseide leads the Knowledge, Research & Design functions at Boston Consulting Group. He previously led the North America consumer sector of the People & Organization practice. He is a member of the firm's Consumer, Transformation, and Marketing & Sales practices as well.
Steve has played a leadership role in many large transformation, restructuring, and cost-reduction efforts. His specific areas of expertise include organization design, merger integration, pricing and trade spend management, distribution and route-to-market, strategy for business and brand growth, and large-program management.
In his over 20 years of consulting experience, Steve has worked in a broad range of industries, including consumer packaged goods, services, distribution, health care, and retail. Through his assignments, he has developed a deep sense of how to structure, manage, and lead large-scale change efforts to ensure they are successful.
