The Impact of BCG’s Women

Women at BCG are creating a lasting impact across the firm, with our clients, and in the wider world.

We have six female Executive Committee members, six practice area leaders and regional practice area leaders, and eleven office and system leads. Eighteen BCG women have been selected to speak at our TED@BCG events. Almost 20 female BCG employees and alumni have been engaged in the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers community, and 6 BCG and alumni women have been selected to join the WEF’s Young Global Leaders community.

Women at TED@BCG

BCG has partnered with the TED Institute to deliver the latest insights and ideas shaping business and society. We jointly curate and create TED@BCG events each year in cities around the world. Women at BCG have presented many of the most influential talks in this series.
