Impact for me means making a meaningful change to a consequential problem. Impact at BCG means doing so with differentiated insight in a close-knit team deeply committed to our client's success.
Our client, a leading nonprofit involved in Alzheimer's work, asked BCG to help them define a national Alzheimer's care and support agenda.
The work is reshaping the client's own expansive care and support offerings. But the project's impact is broader than just the client—it is a critical input to a committee appointed by Congress to enhance Alzheimer's care and support throughout the US.
Of course, we bring new data and thinking to the project. But what makes our impact especially strong is that the recommendations are not just BCG's. They belong to our deeply committed BCG team, a set of devoted and knowledgeable clients, and a broader set of national and global thought leaders. Together, we have developed a set of findings that no one group could have developed alone.
For me, the most rewarding part of the work will be seeing this collaboration change the trajectory of Alzheimer's care.
