Over half of the female leaders in the largest Danish companies do not believe that their companies are open to recruiting more women into leadership positions. Inversely, 60 percent of companies does not believe that their female employees are interested in higher positions. A new report from The Boston Consulting Group is uncovering a long line of paradoxes. "We have made very little progress in this area and the majority of the Danish management teams has not bought into this subject. We have not yet understood what it really requires for diversity to become an integrated part of the business, says Mai-Britt Poulsen, Managing Partner BCG Copenhagen.
