Partner & Managing Director
To make sustainability really happen, you have to embed it into the standard management processes of a company: it has to be in its metrics, it has to be in its goals, it has to be in its incentive plans—a suite of processes, rules, guidelines, and ways of operating that make it part of the day-to-day structure of that company.
