Sebastian Boger is a core member of the Consumer Goods practice at Boston Consulting Group. He focuses on the fashion and luxury sector. Sebastian has worked on many client projects in the fashion and retail industry along the entire value chain—with a special focus on customer-centric transformations, store concept reinvention, advanced analytics, and sustainability.

Sebastian has also worked on brand positioning and shopping experience in fashion. He is skilled in setting up CRM systems, omnichannel strategy, and end-to-end concept to shelf processes..

He is also a coauthor of the 2018 Pulse of the Fashion Industry report, cosponsored by BCG, the Global Fashion Agenda (GFA), and the Sustainable Apparel Collation (SAC) which looked into the environmental and social performance of the fashion sector from the perspective of CEOs and decision makers.
