Brad Loftus is the North America lead for the Retail sector at Boston Consulting Group . He leads the Consumer practice in the Americas, as well as BCG's global work in specialty retail, and is a member of the firm's global retail leadership team. For six years, he served as worldwide topic leader for e-commerce and omnichannel retail. 

Since joining BCG in 1999, Brad has worked with a broad range of retail clients, including grocery, DIY, pharmacy, food, apparel, consumer electronics, and private equity to create and develop strategies on topics such as strategy, growth, merchandising, store operations, and organization.

Brad’s work has included developing omnichannel strategies for three of the ten largest US retailers, building the digital and mobile strategy for a top global hotel chain, developing a comprehensive growth strategy for a top global grocer, reorganizing the merchandising function for a Top 5 US retailer, and developing sales and marketing strategy for a Top 5 global internet retailer.

Prior to joining BCG, Brad helped found and was an advisor to Suppliermarket.com (later sold to Ariba). He also acquired extensive experience in project management and information systems development as a senior consultant with the communications industry group of Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
