Pablo Claver is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and he leads BCG’s People & Organization practice in Iberia.

Since joining BCG in 2005, Pablo has worked extensively with clients in the engineering and construction, civil infrastructure, and aerospace sectors on a wide range of strategic and operational issues. His experience includes the design and implementation of international expansion strategies, organizational and operational improvements, HR strategies, and the valuation of synergies resulting from mergers and acquisitions.

Pablo’s client work has also covered the energy, public sector, telecommunications, and consumer goods industries. He has helped clients optimize their return on customer investment, define international brand strategies, review industrial footprints, as well as providing high-level support on a number of M&A deals and postmerger integrations.

Pablo previously worked in BCG’s Atlanta office and is fluent in Spanish, English, and French.
