Megan Lyon

Recruiting Partner

Megan is a Partner and Managing Director in the BCG Los Angeles office. She earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and received a Bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Prior to BCG, Megan worked for the E&J Gallo Winery in a variety of finance roles. Megan joined BCG full time in 2007, after being a summer consultant in 2006. Her project work to date has focused on consumer goods companies with a functional emphasis on marketing and sales, as well as market entry strategy.

Elisa Ferrarotti

Recruiting Manager

Elisa is a graduate of English Literature and Language from Hull University, U.K., and also studied Business Information Management after her graduation. She transferred from the Milan office (where she was part of the Knowledge Group - Consumer practice) to the Los Angeles office in 2005, where she currently has the title of Recruiting Manager. Outside work her interests include literature and rock music, and in her spare time she enjoys swimming in the ocean.

Santiago Ferrer

Recruiting Director, Consultants

Santiago is a Principal in the Los Angeles office. He recently transferred from Santiago, Chile, where he spent the last year on the Ambassador program. Santiago originally joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in the New York office in 2009 and returned in 2010 after receiving his MBA from the Yale School of Management. Before attending business school, he spent 5 years with the United Nations, working in the Department of Economic and Social Affairs and in peacekeeping. Santiago also holds a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. Since joining BCG, Santiago has worked for clients in financial services, technology, government and the social sector; in a range of topics including strategy, economic development, pricing, organizational design, technology and transformation.

Saurabh Shah

Recruiting Director, Consultants

Saurabh Shah is a Principal in the Los Angeles office. He joined BCG’s Los Angeles office in 2013 after interning in the summer of 2011. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelors of Science from the University of Southern California (an LA guy all around!). Prior to joining BCG, Saurabh interned at NBC Universal in the Strategic Initiatives & Analysis group, focusing on improving digital sales. Previously, Saurabh was a Senior Analyst for Cornerstone Research, where he focused on analysis with financial experts and report development in the following industries: telecom, media and financial services. Since joining BCG, Saurabh has been focused on Technology and Consumer areas. In his spare time, Saurabh enjoys performing magic for private parties, corporate events and charity functions.

Alex Marin

School Captain

Alejandro (Alex) Marín is a Project Leader in the Los Angeles office of BCG. Alejandro has a PhD in Management Science from EGADE Business School in Monterrey, Mexico, a MBA from HEC School of Management in Paris, France, and a BA in Film Studies from Cornell University in New York. While at BCG Alex has gained experience in IG and Marketing & Sales. He also has experience in consumer research, IT, and broadcast media. Alex is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.

Jimmy Royston

NAMR LGBT Recruiting Lead

Jimmy Royston is a Project Leader in the New York office. He oversees LGBT recruiting for BCG in North America, coordinating across schools and offices. He joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate, and has spent time working in the Washington DC and Amsterdam offices before moving to New York. He holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Erin Morehouse

International Recruiting Manager

Erin serves as BCG's International Recruiting Manager based in Detroit, MI. Beyond her eight years of BCG Recruiting experience, having also worked in local office and campus roles for the New York and New Jersey offices, she has three years of pre-BCG experience, primarily in campus recruiting. Erin most recently served as BCG's ADC recruiting manager developing and leading BCG's recruiting efforts focused on non-MBA Advanced Degree Hiring (PhD, MD, and JD). Erin received her MBA at Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.

Hannah Nienaber

International Recruiting Coordinator

Hannah Nienaber, Recruiting Coordinator, Boston, earned her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Art History from Bates College. In her role, she serves as the point person for all North American-based recruiting for the Boston Consulting Group’s International Offices. Outside of work, Hannah loves to travel, run, and cheer on the Boston sports teams.

Between September 6th and September 27th 2016, second-year students should apply via our online application. Candidates interested in international offices should apply by September 20th. Applications received outside these dates will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:

  • Resume
  • Cover letter
  • Undergraduate transcripts (can be unofficial)
  • Undergraduate GPA
  • GMAT scores broken down between quantitative and verbal (including percentiles)

Summer Internship employment, beginning Summer 2017:
Between October 27th and December 2nd, 2016, first-year students should apply via our online application. Applications received outside these dates will not be considered. A complete application consists of the following:

  • Resume
  • Cover letter
  • Undergraduate transcripts (can be unofficial)
  • Undergraduate GPA
  • GMAT scores broken down between quantitative and verbal (including percentiles)
