Project Leader, Budapest
At BCG, Storytellers synthesize complex information and ideas. They believe in bringing the whole team together to get a broader perspective. Marko is unafraid to try new things.
BCG will not define success. It will encourage every individual to define it in his or her own personal way and provide all the support needed to achieve it.
BCG has enabled a truly comprehensive platform from which I can develop myself further both professionally and personally. I am an engineer with an additional degree in economics, and BCG constantly motivates me to use both aspects of my knowledge and past experience in my everyday work. Different client environments and situations and ever-changing team dynamics launched a continuous introspection process that has led to me knowing myself better and being able to channel emotions in a positive and constructive way.
My true understanding of what BCG brings happened in my first days when discussing the roles of the members of the team. At BCG—from the first to the last second of every project—everyone counts, as do their opinions, attitudes, and impact. Your seat at the table is granted, and it is up to each one of us to bring the best out of us for the client, firm, and ourselves.
Marko is an electrical engineer with additional background in economics. He holds PhD and MBA degrees from University of Zagreb.
