Ádám Kotsis focuses on the People & Organization practice at The Boston Consulting Group; he is a core member of the firm’s Leadership and Talent Enablement Center. He has also worked extensively in the health care and energy sectors, focusing on various strategic and operational topics in Europe and beyond.
Adam has joined BCG in 2007, bringing expertise in pharmaceutical business development from his time at Roche and GlaxoSmithKline. He is a trained psychologist with special education in group psychology and organizational development.
Ádám is also responsible for BCG’s Integrom program, which promotes the employment of Roma people in the corporate sector.
